Great van, but more customer contact needed
The van was great and fairly well appointed, there were a couple of issues. 1/ contact less pickup was easy, but I would have preferred to have someone to run questions by. 2/ the canister in one of the gas cookers was empty and the other only had enough gas to boil the jug once. 3/ having some explanation about how to manage the UK road tolls would have helped and saved me $140.00 NZ in extra charges. 4/ explaining what Ad Blue is could have helped save a lot of confusion. Apart from that, we drove over 2000 miles and saw some beautiful places.
