We've been with Explore, the Maple Team, for the last 3 years. The online sessions are a great help for busy working parents like us and the quality of the sessions is great. My son built excellent rapport first with Alyssa and now with Kelsey, they are not' only' tutors, they are also great friends. I like their passion and engagement, especially at 9am on the weekend when I'm slowly waking up after hardships of the week. The learning is structured with great examples and even though my son mastered a skill, it will get repeated at some point to see if he retained it. The progress reports improved - you can see how much progress he did towards the year he is in. Rescheduling a session is super easy online without making calls. My son is up to speed with his school stuff and he exceeds it in English. The only improvement I could suggest is to make the tutor in charge of the questions so that they can go back if a kid is at times as hasty as mine :-) Apart from that - big thanks to the Explore team, you are like a family to us!
