I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. It is frustrating that there is no direct access to the conveyancer handling my file; instead, all communication must go through customer services, who simply relay messages and have no authority to make decisions. I returned my documents over three weeks ago on 6th June, and was informed that file turnaround times are 2–3 days. It is now 23rd June, and my file still has not been addressed. This delay is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism.
