Booking Cruise proved to be incredibly frustrating and annoying.
Trying to book, by talking to Riviera staff by telephone, a river cruise in 2026 for myself, my wife and two friends was a most frustrating and annoying experience. Staff allocated my booking to my friends who had paid a deposit for their booking. When I subsequently tried to confirm my booking and pay my deposit the Riviera person I was speaking to could not recognise the discount voucher I had previously received by email from Riviera! Eventually the bookings were sorted out by a Manager but I lost a lot of one Sunday tried to get something that should have been so simple put right. We have previously taken four River Cruses with Riviera and my wife has done city breaks with them. In the past I would have highly recommended the company but not now.They need to get their act together.
