Worst service I have ever experienced.
Worst service I have ever experienced. Booked what was supposed to be the cheapest car online (yes chose 2 as advised by the site) and received an email the next day telling me both cars not available. Offered me a cheaper car (yes they had a cheaper car) as if I had a choice!, I needed a car the next day at 8am. Long story short, both staff members argued with me about; had I really made a booking, that they hadn't received my response to their email etc etc So picked up the car, wasn't expecting much in quality but squeaky brakes? Yeah Nah. Another blooming issue returning it because how dare I not know that I had to return it full (mind you the needle is just below the F.) Another conversation with raised voices. Hmm, am I the customer? No I won't be using this service again, at the very least I expect a smile from someone who is taking my money.
