Not smooth start, finish, or in between
Communication is not great on this website. I understand there will be a delay from request for an event to response, but reaching out to support to ask what typical timing is clearly irritated them. Um, that's precisely what support is for. The concept is good, not yet quite deliverable in all markets clearly. Worst part? Even though the chef we requested declined the date & time - that was listed in this chef's own available times for request - Cozy Meal went ahead and ran a charge through our credit card. Seriously - what??! I'll expect that charge to be gone by end of week or a dispute will happen, but they seem to have a lot of hiccups to work out in what seems could be a fairly simple schedule-based service.
