I feel cheated
Bought a pre paid wash yesterday, I immediately received a message saying I had a free car wash to be used that day only. On arrival car wash shutters are down at both ends, there we some employees hanging around the site who would not get into discussion about why it was closed. I have messaged asking for a refund for my prepaid wash but no answer, and the phone is not answered either.
