First time property purchase

As first time buyers, it's hard to know what to compare the experience to. But no major issues, although with no chain purchase it was slightly frustrating our purchase was delayed and we missed out on completion before stamp duty increased. But otherwise, good service they got back to us quickly and promptly and always someone to speak to on the other end of the phone if needed.
