Couldn’t go ahead with insurance start date. Misleading info - as to show as an insurance provider rather than broker. Then not having the correct information from insurance database on To which I tried to put right and was charged £50 admin / and increased fees to resolve before my insurance actually started … Calling in, consistently hung up / failed .. Service generally slow - claims. **** response to your reply… It’s not my information that needed updating.. you claimed the insurance database doesn’t show a massive claim from 2023 to which we had to make due to another driver. It’s not my information that was wrong. Just things like this made me know 100% I shouldn’t be insuring with you. For the amount paid, I’m after a better service than you’re offering.
