Awesome customer service
The product was well priced and have ordered several products from over the years with a great, hassle free transaction each time. This time it was a fridge to go upstairs. (All previous deliveries had been for downstairs.) Not only were we not charged extra for the stairs, the delivery drivers were absolutely wonderful, a real credit to the business. I do know they price match, but would go back for the customer service even if they were more expensive as we haven't had customer service like that in a while.
