Lextons are very good at what they do.
I realise that everyone praises their Letting Agent when the property is let, a family has moved in and commissions have been paid, but I do think Lextons stand out. If you want good advice with a gentle touch, I would recommend Simon and Sofia in the Lettings Department on 01273 56 77 66, who I found to be both personable and very proactive, finding a new family in 4 days, who tell me they are delighted with the their new home. As it costs nothing to get a quote and some top tips from an expert, I'd suggest calling Simon if you have or wish to rent a property in Hove. Good luck!
