1ST TIME HIRE.... EXCELLENT SERVICE
Hired a car for just over 2 week from Karratha branch. Aurora was very polite and professional throughout the booking/experience. Had trouble with getting the car back due to the weather. I got in contact with Northside to see what my options could be. They came up with a solution that helped me and my partner get back safely. Very grateful for both karratha and Perth branch. This was my first time booking a car rental and I wouldn't book with anyone else now. You hear of horror story's through hire companies and it could of easily gone that way. But Northside was very understanding, quick and professional with a solution. So Thankyou to both Karrath (Aurora) and the team at Perth. :)
