Never get tempted with cheap deals with LYCA
Guys do not be fooled by this company (Lyca Mobile). The worse experience I have had with this company. I ordered a sim card for £19 unlimited data/calls and text on the 24th of August and till date I am still waiting for the sim to arrive. I spoke to the help desk provided on their website, but guess they were unable to trace my order but payment was taken from my card/account. I spoke to a few friends who use them to call home (India), the gave me a customer service email address but you probably have guessed the answer no reply, I wrote a another email a week later, I got a reply after few days that they will investigate and revert NO REPLY. I wrote two more emails and finally gave up and called my BANK who instantly refund my payment of £19 in my account today. This means no the Bank will be chasing LYCA for their refund is this fair absolutely not acceptable. PLEASE PLEASE NEVER USE THIS PROVIDER FOR WHAT EVER REASON....AVOID THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. In my point of view collect money from and benefit another client with cheap tariffs and you could be on of them like I am. It has taken me nearly 4 weeks to get my money ... thanks to my bank who made this possible within the hour...Thank you UK Bank and proper Laws in place!
