Can't activate my pay-as-you go SIM
I am disappointed on the persistent website technical error and ineffective webchat assistant in the last two weeks. I have been trying to register my free SIM card to choose a plan of pay-as-you go 12 pounds for 5G 60Gb, but every time after the entering the password then "something went wrong" came up. Webchat assistant response was prompt but I had chatted with them on 3 occasions, and yesterday they mentioned it'll be fixed by today, yet the outcome hasn't changed and I still couldn't proceed to active my SIM card. I hope this problem is only transient but can't help thinking this would deter many new customers like me to turn their heads away...
