Great service
My 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier ruptured a cruciate ligament and required surgery. The policy I had taken out did not cover the entire cost of the surgery however the policy clearly stated that the pay out for cruciate ligament would be less so this was not unexpected. The vets dealt directly with the company and payment was made quickly, with the break down of what was covered and what wasn't, clearly explained. I cannot fault the company and I have renewed the policy for another year.
