Please note: will write a review each and every single time I have any interaction with any rental company, and will keep track of Everything said.. Today, as so many of us are feeling frustrated with getting anybody on the phone, I actually had the pleasure of speaking with someone on the phone as we transition from one rental company to another in the same house. She was very personable and assisted me with some concerns, as I wanted to be sure a new rental company had access to information that may not have been provided to them. She was nice and upbeat! She seemed to get nobody likes a “ Debbie Downer that won’t answer your calls”.
