horrible online order policy
horrible online order policy. made a mistake i noticed a minute after placing my order and they can’t cancel it. item hasn’t been even taken off the shelf yet. its 2023 they should have the basic capability to cancel an order before it’s processed. now i’m out $10 shipping and will have to go return the product. will not be buying from them again
