Inefficient and poor communication
Aside from continuing to get my name wrong, the entire experience was unsatisfactory during which I had to chase for information, updates and a certificate of incorporation, which I'd paid for. Not an experience I will repeat. There are cheaper and more efficient establishments who offer similar services.
