Requested a case shipment on June 17
Requested a case shipment on June 17. As of July 5, I have not received the wine. Three “tickets” have been opened and then closed without any resolution. Shiraz responded several times that the delivery date has been updated, which has never happened. I wonder if the wine is still in a temperature-controlled environment ? July 9 Update: The shipment carrier declared the delivery "Lost In Transit". Wine Spies followed up immediately with me, offering either a refund or future purchase credit. I am pleased with their efforts.
