If I could leave 0 i would, phoned to upgrade my phone and get a deal on behalf of my wife which I was happy with, deal was saved and a call back for her to place the order later that day, the call back time came and went by over and hour so I decided to call and got put through to the sales person I had been dealing with, my wife was placing the order and on multiple time he tried getting her to pay an upfront cost which was not agreed earlier and when I corrected this he played dumb. It was then brought to my wife's attention that the deal has now changed and they wanted an extra £7pm on what was agreed but a few hours ago, due to a system update happening apparently which doesn't normally happen until the middle of the night. The sales person was not interested in helping and had a "it is what it is" attitude, I asked to then speak to a manager who was again not that willing to help, I did agree that if he escalated it and got me my original agreed price i would be happy, he asked for 24hrs to try make it right and he would be back in contact either way.... safe to say we are still waiting over a week later, my wife went with another provider and got the deal she was happy with, just wish I hadn't used them but safe to say I won't ever again, I urge you to look else where and I'm dreading if something ever goes wrong over the next 2 years what service if any I may get
