Avoid at all costs.
The most unprofessional and quite frankly useless company I have ever had to deal with. Within the year and a half I rented from them I was passed around different property managers without them bothering to update me so I never knew who I could contact. During the tenancy they constantly increased the rent, despite the fact there was on-going cladding works (which they neglected to make me aware of) so I was living on a construction site with no view out of my window and no peace and quiet throughout the week. When I raised this issue, I was conveniently ignored. Towards the end of my tenancy I reported an leak from the flat above that was causing black mould to grow and spread in the bathroom. From the date of reporting the issue (08/12/23) to the date of writing this review, the repair has STILL not been completed. The company have acted with a complete lack of competence, not reporting the issue to building management, passing the blame and lying to Salford City Council. Their staff are rude and completely useless. The lack of professionalism is astounding. (I have submitted a formal complaint on the 19th January 2024 which was brushed off so don't bother replying to this telling me to do so.)
