Fungus/stale products are being shipped and not following UK food standard
Hello Everyone. Bright side is we can get most the Indian items on single umbrella, I surprised to see my parcel after delay of 3 days. On top of it received the spoiled OKRAs and frozen beans got burned kind of full brown ( unfit to consume and thrown it). However admin people point towards UK whether, i don't care about whether if website is accepting the order means you must take the responsibility, on other hand other online service provider are sending frozen items in correct way without being damaged. I don't recommend to use this online store. Customer care guys are really rude and don't listen at all I ordered more 7 packets of frozen item how come only two packets will get damaged bit strange
