We had a lovely time in Blackpool
We had a lovely time in Blackpool. But had a problem with entry to the room. Reported it on the day but nothing done. By the last night we were unable to get into room and neither could staff. We had to wait for general manager to come an hour and half later we got in. The battery had gone on entry. No one else could get in. Manager was rather rude. And that spoilt the end of our holiday. Surely for health and safety staff should be able to get in rooms. This needs to be looked at.
