The staff at Christchurch Infinity Motorcycles have gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience, returning an item that had failed, was dealt with in a very professional manner. They invested a lot of their time to ensure that a difficult problem was resolved. I would like to especially thank Nathan, the manager, who always kept me informed and took the trouble to communicate both by email, phone and hard copy letter. 10/10
