On November 1st, my boyfriend went to purchase a car. He is a foreigner and doesn’t speak much Turkish, so I was on the phone the whole time to assist. The person working in the office, whose name I don't know, was extremely rude both when speaking with me and with my boyfriend. Despite there being no issue with his international driver’s license, they claimed there was a problem and continued to stall him. Even though Korea was listed on his license, the employee assumed he was Chinese and, in an unprofessional manner, raised their voice, telling him to write down his address in China. I am not someone who typically writes complaints, but the attitude towards both my boyfriend and me was extremely rude. I would appreciate it if you paid attention to the behavior of your staff. By the way, this incident took place at the Istanbul Airport branch.
