I went in with a little more confidence than I should have. This course has helped me to realize that there is much more to marketing than just personal experience with customers. This course has helped me to realize how deep connecting with and understanding your audience is, down to the smallest details. I also now understand how to analyze and use information gathered through our campaigns much more thoroughly.
