Shameful way to treat loyal customers.
I have used BitDefender for several years and am quite happy with the product. However I was shocked to receive a renewal email telling me that my renewal would cost £72.00 whereas it had cost half that amount in previous years. I then looked on the web and found that I could buy exactly the same product and number of users for £32 from BitDefender themselves. I then contacted them and asked why they are treating existing customers like this and was immediately told they would drop the price to £32. I consider this to be a shameful way to treat existing loyal customers.
