AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
If you are in the US I do not recommend shopping from here. Not only did my order have a huge delay and was not delivered until after 2 weeks, but they increased the price of the item that I sent in for exchange literally over night. So when my exchange is finally processed, it will cost me $20 additional from what I already paid. This is not okay and a very shady practice. The exchange should be honored for the price it was purchased at! Edit to Add: Their Refund policy on the Shop app LITERALLY verbatim states "We'll happily send you a Free replacement for a better size or style." They are in violation of their own policy by invoicing customers to pay the difference. This company should become better versed in U.S. consumer protection policy because this is 100% illegal to "invoice" customers to charge them the difference, especially for what they advertise in their policy as an "even exchange". Advertising on your website that you allow for equal exchanges but then increasing the price after the item was sent in without notifying the customer of the price increase is considered a bait and switch tactic, which is illegal to do. Again, AVOID.
