I had been let down by Cadent who took 6 weeks from paying for a connection to having gas connected to the property. I explained this to Iryna, my customer service contact at E.ON. I informed here that I run a charitable organisation and I would really appreciate it if I could have the gas meter installed as soon as possible. She managed to sort this out and liaised with me throughout the whole process. The engineer turned up at the time I had been told and was very friendly and helpful. It was definitely a 5-star performance.
