What a mess
Today, 23 May, I received an email asking for a meter reading on 15 Feb when I transferred to So energy. They got it on that day. It's not been a smooth ride so far. Yesterday I got an email about my March bill. I'd asked a question and then it sorted itself out. Nevertheless I got an answer 2 months later. I've now got an invoice for April/May at about £170.00 as part of a 3 month statement. That's almost double a normal month! Reading I sent on 15 May doesn't support that. Questions asked and I suppose I'll get an answer eventually.
