Thank goodness these people are so…
Thank goodness these people are so useless!! We cancelled our transaction before exchanging contracts as we found a similar property for less money, but the service from PCS Legal was pretty lamentable... Never answering emails, unavailable on the phone and wouldn't pay back our £25k deposit until we filled out a stupid form with exactly the same information provided more than two weeks before... Pathetic! Who gets the interest??? Not me... They are really unprofessional... Avoid like the plague!
