I have made the purchase for a date…
I have made the purchase for a date change and then I got it booked from one of my relatives and kindly asked for a refund within 30 mins of booking their service. I got responses immediately saying they need to know why and all and I did replied saying my relative helped me and won't need the service and I believe 30 minutes notice is a good amount to get the refund and then I have been ghosted and after multiple emails I get an email reply saying we can't do a refund for so and so reason and when I changed it to a specific date with my sources and when its nearer to the date, I get an email saying they have changed the booking to that date. Such a cheap trick to not give any money back. I don't think you can rely on this one but its upto you if you wanna let it go for a toss.
