Simple and works great
IDrive works great and does what it's supposed to do. Setup and configuration is relatively straightforward, although I did have one issue. After setting up on my Windows Desktop, I found that IDrive was using 100% of my disk throughput, even when not doing a backup. I contacted IDrive support and they walked me through reconfiguring Windows Defender, which solved the problem. If this problem is common, I wish the FAQ would have had the information about how to address it. Since then, IDrive has been working flawlessly, doing a backup every day as scheduled, and reporting on what it did.
