Very poor quality food that was often cold or luke warm. A number of guests were removed from the ship for various reasons. Kids running rioy with staff and parents not doing anything about it The ship was overcrouded despite being at leasr 600 below full.

Fantastic with clear communication prior to turning up. The engineer who did the installation was polite and really helpful looking at the cable route we had indicated and suggesting an alternative which meant over 79% of the cable was hidden. The work was done neatly with the engineer cleaning up after he had finished and made good any holes. The installation was tested and a report issued a week after. He then explained about the installation and how to use the app. I could not have wished for a better. Neater installation from a thoroughly professional engineer and company.
