I would give Terry a FIVE star rating…
I would give Terry a FIVE star rating for his hard work and good communication, which is very quick most of the time. Terry always responds to my questions and/or requests, and seems to be on top of whats going on with our 14 properties, which I realize is not a small task, particularly now with this terrible pandemic. However unfortunately I cannot say the same for others at Great Jones in general, which has and continues to cause some frustration for my wife and I.
