Poor after sales team…
Cant believe MyCruises notified me my European cruise was cancelled (2 months before I go) and then say I will be charged over $700 to cancel air fares when the cruise line cancelled the trip and it was out of my control. After several emails they told me it'll take 3 months to get my money back and I will need to pay airfare cancellation fees. I am disappointed a holiday I booked a year in advance is cancelled and I have to pay cancellation fees. Can't even get them on the phone - waited 30 mins and then I gave up. I will update you on the progress of my case as I recieve updates. Booking ref MYC-42979
