Amazing Experience
I am writing this review to thank the Kits.ca customer care team, especially Clark! He is kind, patient, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is above and beyond what I would expect from a customer care agent—he remembers the details of my case 3 days after the first phone call!!!
