Not a great start
Ordered my SIM yesterday and received email confirmation that it would arrive today between 8am and 6pm. 6pm came and went with no delivery so I contacted online support who advised to continue waiting, despite the deadline having already passed. The chat automatically disconnected and when I reconnected, a different agent told me that it had in fact been delivered at 6:54 (presumably AM?), so it seems to have been delivered to the wrong address. I asked for proof of delivery but they were unable to provide it, however sent a replacement SIM which will supposedly take 2-3 days to arrive, but with no guarantee it will actually make it to the right address this time either. I’m paying for a service I can’t currently use and the agents refused to acknowledge this. Can VOXI please contact me regarding this as I’ve already wasted so much time on the agents who have given conflicting stories about the delivery. I can’t call the complaints line because you need an active VOXI number to do that.
