the basket i ordered is nowhere in sight
I ordered a basket for my brother (I'm in California, he's in Mount Albert, Ontario Canada). I chose one of the offered delivery dates of Dec. 18th. Its now Dec. 31st and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent two emails requesting a refund....tried calling but they only have an auto-responder to answer phone calls. When I emailed and told them I was going to file a complaint with consumer affairs, they sent me an email saying my parcel had been sent. But when I checked it actually had not been sent; they just made up a label. The basket is nowhere in sight. I will file with Consumer Affairs in Ontario and see if I can get my money back. I did file with my credit card and ask that the money be refunded.
