After sales service severly lacking
After sales service is poor or non existent. I purchased my house in November 2024 and the installation of solar panels was a prerequisite of the purchase and was arranged by the previous owner. I was told that when I took possession of the property JPS, who installed the panels, would help me get set up with the app and connect to the Enphase unit so that I could monitor performance etc. I contacted JPS shortly after moving in and was advised that one of their team (Miles) would contact me to help. I did not hear back and chased after 7 days and was advised that Miles would be in contact. I chased again after 4 more days and insisted on speaking to someone else. This time I made some progress and was helped to get set up with the app, but encountered further problems in connecting the wifi to the Enphase unit. Despite emailing them again, both before and after Christmas, they finally suggested I contact Enphase direct or alternatively they could arrange a site visit for which there would be a fee. I have now managed to connect to the Enphase unit myself. A shame that it worked out this way as I was interested in talking to them about additional solar cell and battery installation.
