NO notice cancellation
My friend was BEYOND excited for her 18th birthday. Within 24 hours of boarding, they announced that the cruise would be delayed one day. This not only cut off a stop in the Bahamas, but forced all passengers to find lodging on extremely short notice which is beyond hard in Miami. The night after, while talking about our cruise plans, we get a call that the cruise has been canceled entirely. We were lucky enough to make another plans with the help of her family, but many others were left stuck without enough time to book flights or hotel rooms. For their prices, issues like this need to be resolved.
