I had a terrible experience
I had a terrible experience with this company and would advise to be very wary. I signed up with the original £19 at first (which, in my opinion, leads you to believe they'll refund you in 2 weeks if there's no test found) and in the first 2 weeks I was sent the same email, non stop. It was all "cancellations" for Fridays at 12.38 for the next 4 weeks. I emailed and explained and was left for 2 weeks, then got told it was fixed. After that, I paid the extra £50 (stupidly, but I was desperate and my instructor recommended them through other people he teaches) I then waited the 30 days, it came and went and I heard nothing. Another 30 days were added to my account and I wasn't contacted like it says on the website. Just under 3 weeks ago I emailed and said I'd like a refund if they couldn't guarantee me a test (considering their website says 99% success rate😂) I got the typical response the same day and replied questioning how I was getting 4 emails a day with cancelled tests and the second i signed up they all magically weren't available. My instructor also has people using the £19 service (notifications not automatic booking) for the same test centre who are getting cancellation emails while I'm paying them to auto book it. After I spent 2 weeks waiting for a reply, they offered me an amazon gift card in place for a refund! What a joke, i do not recommend this service at all. I fully understand getting a test is hard but they never said anything in response to my questions about others getting cancellation emails that clearly aren't correct so I know they're lying. Edit: after leaving this review they tried phoning me! I don't want to discuss this, I completely understand how your system works (I've heard the same reply to this review several times now!). Once again you've ignored what I've said. Avoid this company like the plague.
