So slow and inefficient
Currently having the most stressful experience trying to sell my house and buy another. I’m now in month 8 of selling my house and the process has been so slow and inefficient. My solicitor is not proactive in resolving enquiries from buyers solicitor, just waits for email responses, absolutely no chasing. I myself have actually phoned the property management company to get answers for enquiries to speed the process up. I made it very clear I had a deadline of 31st July to complete as this is when my current tenancy ends. This has passed and still not even exchanged. I’m now paying for temporary accommodation and will have to book unpaid leave from work to move. The situation has had me in tears more than once as it’s so stressful.
