Schlechtester Kundenservice überhaupt

Ich bewerte hier ausdrücklich den Kundenservice. Der Kundenservice ist schlechter als schlecht. Bin mega enttäuscht. Seit dem 30.12.2023 3 Mails geschrieben. Keine Antwort. Mit dem Chat geschrieben, keine Lösung meines Problems. Über Facebook kontaktiert. Keine Antwort. Es gibt keine Hotline. Habe jetzt ein Abo, welches meine Tochter nicht nutzen kann. Wirklich sehr schlechter Kundenservie. Hoffe hier auf Antwort und Lösung meines Anliegens!
