Don’t waste your time on this company
Don’t waste your time on this company. 3 times we were promised the delivery of a router 3 times we were let down! My partner at the outset explained she was going through cancer treatment and she needed the internet. The company representative was very argumentative when we told her we were cancelling the contract! She also explained that we would not get our money back upon cancelling! I will be taking this complaint further but the upshot of this review is to warn people to stay away from v4. If they can’t deliver a router box after 3 tries what are they going to be like after you enter into a contract with them!!!????
