Every experience has been awful
Every experience has been awful. From long response times on getting issues fixed, to taking literal months to get money back that was owed to us by the home owners. Complete opposite of the original management company we had when moving in. One repair service that was hired just showed up unannounced at noon (we work nights). Completely unprofessional. It's taken months to get a working ice maker and we still have a leak above and short circuit in our master closet! It is like pulling teeth to get anything done and when they do actually get something done, they hire the lowest bidder that does a half-rate job.
