I spoke to Kat today
I spoke to Kat today. I was feeling very anxious but knew I had to get in touch to start paying and setting up a direct debit. Kat was really lovely in her manner, treated me with kindness and listened to me explaining my acute health issue last year. She really put me at ease but also explaining to keep repayments up to prevent further action. I now sleep better as I have woken up in the night really anxious. Thank you Kat. A credit to TML
