Promise but fail to deliver
Promised a visit next day - never happened. Called again towards end of the day to see what happened and told engineer ran out of time - why didn't they call to tell me (day wasted waiting in). Offered another visit next day - asked for morning as had an appointment in late afternoon. 3pm on way to appointment an engineer phoned to say on his way and knew nothing about my having stated that I would not be available in afternoon!
