Appalling customer service
I ordered some shaping underwear for a wedding. I never received the product despite them saying a delivery had been attempted 3 times (there had never even been 1 attempt). The goods were apparently returned to Shapermint but they would not refund my money because it was a delivery issue! I had to get my bank involved which took weeks and I finally got a refund. Shapermint have the most frustrating and appalling customer service. They just keep churning out the same unhelpful emails. Would not recommend and I will never use again.
