Cancellation of Booking Issue
I believed that I've been contacted your office 2 months ago for the cancellation of my booking. It was confirmed verbally by the person I spoke through phone call. How come I'm still receiving the confirmation email that my booking was confirmed without receiving the cancellation email. Please, fix this matter as soon as you read this review.
